TRANSFERS, REFUNDS AND DEFERRALS
UPDATE: While we are pleased to announce the show will go on, we realize some people registered due to our announcement that 2017 would be the final year for Soldier Marathon. If you registered for one of the Soldier Marathon races because of our announcement and would like to defer your registration to 2018, please send an email indicating your name and which race you signed up for to firstname.lastname@example.org. Request must be made by November 10th and will only be taken via email to email@example.com.
Transferring to another Soldier Marathon race will be permitted through Active.com until November 7, 2017. Transfers from one person to another person will not be permitted.
To transfer from one Soldier Marathon race to another Soldier Marathon race:
Log into ACTIVE.com and access My Events at https://myevents.com. From there,
1. Click Change event category
2. Select a new category
3. Update information, agree to waivers, enter electronic signature, click Continue
4. Review cart and enter additional payment (if applicable)
5. Click Check out.
Please note, there will be a $10 processing fee in addition to the difference in race registration fees.
Mistake in registration?
If you mistakenly register on ACTIVE.com for the wrong race you may correct your registration at no charge by contacting ACTIVE.com via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not allow registrants to defer to next year’s Soldier Marathon races. We used to allow this, but the administration became more than we could manage.
Refunds will be permitted with military orders only.
